As a qualified counsellor, I specialise in supporting people to make sense of and work through various life experiences and personal challenges. From anxiety and depression to difficulties with self-worth I am here for you offering my genuine care and compassion.

Bereavement Counselling
I’m here to offer compassionate support as you navigate bereavement. Grief can be overwhelming, and everyone’s experience is unique. In our sessions, you’ll find a safe, non-judgmental space to express your feelings with someone who really wants to hear your story. Together, we’ll explore your emotions, find coping strategies, and honour your loved one’s memory. I’ll listen deeply, help you make sense of your loss, and find a new sense of normalcy. Whether your loss is recent or long-standing, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

What is Counselling

Your confidentiality is incredibly important to me, and I ensure that all your personal information is handled with the utmost care and stored according to the standards outlined by the Information Commissioner’s Office, of which I’m a registered member.

Flexibility and Courtesy
I’m here to make our sessions as convenient and comfortable as possible for you. My schedule is flexible, including evenings and weekends, to better suit your needs. If there’s a specific time that works best for you, I’ll do my utmost to accommodate it. And if for any reason I’m unavailable, I’ll give you plenty of notice. During our sessions, you can expect a welcoming environment with a warm drink and any accommodations necessary to ensure your comfort.
